Who handles payroll and HR?
We handle all of it using our "Employee-as-a-Service" model. Integrated Hire acts as the legal Employer of Record (EOR), managing international payroll, HR, and compliance. You simply pay a standard monthly US vendor invoice.
While we handle the bureaucracy, the staff member reports directly to you. This allows you to scale flexibly and focus on your business.
